Warranty covers manufacturing faults and workmanship-related issues. Items caused by poor maintenance, dirty filters, misuse, or external damage are not covered.

Yes. A deposit is required before work commences. Payment terms are generally:
10% deposit
80% at rough-in stage
10% on completion
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
After-hours work can be arranged where required, depending on project scope and availability.
We accept bank transfer, EFTPOS, VISA, MasterCard, and ZIP Pay for eligible residential installations and services. Credit card payments may incur a processing fee.
