Huge thanks to the Simplex Airconditioning team for the ducted install at our place in Narangba. The whole process was straightforward and no-pressure.
We went with a Panasonic 14kW ducted unit paired with AirTouch 5 zoning, and the workmanship is excellent. Ductwork is neat, the outdoor unit is tidy, the zoning setup was configured properly and explained clearly, and they left the place spotless. I’d shopped around and compared a number of quotes — Simplex came in at a great price without cutting corners on the gear or the install quality.
The house is now comfortable in every zone, Professional, punctual and easy to deal with. Highly recommended.

Recently had Simplex Air replaced my Daikin ducted system to 16kw Daikin with Airtouch controller and added extra 3 zone controllers. They were prompt to come out to check our place to give us quote, which was quite competitive. Upon accepting the quote, 4 guys came out on the day of the installation and completed the removal of the old system and installed the new one within the same day. They left the place nice and clean, and the new system been working really well. Would recommend them.

Seamless installation by quality tradesman and his apprentice, all work was neat and tidy as i was expecting from reading previous reviews here.
Milan and his crew are good operators and arrived on the day and time to install the units.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Asked for a quote though messenger and their response was very timely. I received an amazing quote for 4 x tcl 2.5kw split systems with wall mounts.
The crew were available to install the next day,. All their work was clean and tidy on the interior and exterior.
I would recommend simplex for your air conditioner supply and install needs.
